The following must be provided upon application:
‧ An application form signed by both the candidate and the
representative of the nominating company
‧ A Printed portfolio representative of your best work and also
2 sets in CD, VCD or DVD format.
Entry Fees
HK$2800 ,all entry fees of applications are not refundable
Please make the cheque payable to “Hong Kong Communication Art Centre”.
All nominations must be forwarded to Hong Kong Communication Art Centre before 6pm on the 16th June, 2014 by hand or by mail.
