The following must be provided upon application:
¡E An application form signed by both the candidate and the
representative of the nominating company
¡E A Printed portfolio representative of your best work and also
2 sets in CD, VCD or DVD format.
Entry Fees
HK$2800 ,all entry fees of applications are not refundable
Please make the cheque payable to ¡§Hong Kong Communication Art Centre¡¨.
All nominations must be forwarded to Hong Kong Communication Art Centre before 6pm on the 16th June, 2014 by hand or by mail.
