Fuwa HK Postcard & E-card Design Competition
Objective
The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is right around the corner. With a view to enhancing public participation in this extraordinarily festive event, and promoting the tourist industry of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Art and Design Festival 2007 invites application for the “Fuwa All Over Hong Kong—Postcard/ E-card Competition.” The objective of the competition is to promote tourist attractions in Hong Kong through postcards and e-cards on the occasion of this global event.
Mode of Competition
Application must come in the form of a postcard or e-card with a pictorial design, the content of which complies with the aforesaid theme. Hand- painted and computer-generated works are both welcome.

Application Fee
Student category : 20 HKD for each submission
Open category : 200 HKD for each submission
Entrepreneurial and Organizational category : 2000 HKD for each submission
All profits, after the deduction of necessary expenses, will be donated to the Yan Chai Hospital Educational Charity Fund
Award
All award winners will receive a Certificate of Merit issued by the Head of Jury, and be entitled to participation in the Beijing Olympics Cultural Tour.

Rules and Regulations
Size of entries should be no larger than 155mm X 110mm, and submitted together with an application form. Submitted works must not carry with them any personal information.
For computer-generated works, both the hardcopy, and a CD-Rom with the electronic copy (in the format of *.ai, *,jpg) should be submitted.
