CAC (Chartered Academic Council), a subsidiary of the Communication Art Centre, is an academic accreditation provider. Communication Art Centre is a global professional education provider and is qualified by the Hong Kong Education Bureau, as well as awarded by BTEC (Business & Technology Education Council) and SQA (Scottish Qualification Authority).
